On 31 October 2020, a meeting of the Book Lovers' Club was held on Google Meet to discuss the activities of the Club for the year 2020-21. The teacher coordinators Smt. Nayomi Rajan and Smt. Silja Roy and 13 student members participated in the meeting. The following students were selected as office bearers of the club.

3rd Year representative- Afiya Biju, 3rd DC Politics
The upcoming meetings of the club were decided to be held at 2.30- 3.30 p.m. on Fridays.
In addition to book presentations, various ideas were suggested by the members including storytelling, character presentation, introducing an author and his/her works, retelling/subversions from a different perspective, book adaptations, monoacts, etc. Online quizzes, debates, workshops and webinars were also suggested.
